Q. What Is the policy if I
need to cancel my reservation?
A. We offer a refund for trips cancelled
thirty-one (31) days prior to the date of service less a $50.00 service fee.
Cancellations made after the thirty-one day period
are subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

days 50% cancellation fee

100% cancellation fee
Q. Do you offer discounts for
round-trip or multiple bookings?
A. Yes! There may be
occasions where a Multiple-Segment of three trips or
more may be discounted. We encourage you to submit your itinerary
for determination.
Q. I have a group of 25 or more going to the port, will a mini bus have a enough room?
A. No, you really should utilize a motor coach due to the luggage. There are space limitations on a mini bus and will not have enough room to accommodate that amount of passengers plus luggage. Companies dues attach trailers to the mini buses to hold the luggage but they charge extra for such at which time you might as well have been in a motor coach.
Q. How will we communicate our location to our
Driver at Pick Up Time?
A. Our drivers will call the cell phone number you
provide us approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your
scheduled pick up time. In addition, you will be provided with our
Dispatch number.
Q. Do you offer Meet & Greet Services?
A. YES! If your group requires a Meet &
Greet Representative, we will gladly supply you with
a Staff Member for an additional fee. The
fee ranges from $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the
size of your group.
Q. Do you have any A.D.A.
Compliant Vehicles in it's fleet?
A. Yes, on a very limited availability. Call for more information.
Q. Do you own all of the
vehicles in your fleet?
A. Not all, no. Some of our fleet is sub-leased
through a partner transportation company. All terms
and conditions set forth by Florida Sunshine Shuttle
is the same regardless of which equipment you are
on.
