Holiday Hours 

Please note that online reservations will NOT be processed when our offices are closed during our holiday hours. Reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received when our offices open on the next business day.

U.S. Thanksgiving

Main offices are Closed November 27 and 28 2008

Wednesday November 26: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Saturday November 29: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Our offices will closed to reservations, however our drivers will be working and transporting. We are only booking transportation until 1:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day ( November 27, 2008) with the exception of scheduled transportation. Therefore limited space is available. This will be on a first come first served basis. If you are planning on traveling that day we highly suggest booking now. Our offices will be also be closed on Friday November 28, 2008, drivers will be on the working and no limitations of transportation are scheduled for that day. Offices will close early on November 26 & November 29.

Christmas

Offices closing at 12:00 PM - December 24, 2008

Offices will be closed - December 25, 2008

Offices will close at 3:00 PM - December 26, 2008

Our offices are closing at 12:00 PM on December 24th all transportation must be completed by that time. Scheduled transportation will run normally.

Christmas day the offices will be closed but drivers will be working a very limited schedule. All transportation must be completed by 1:00 PM.

New Years

Offices closing at 3:00 PM - December 31, 2008

Offices closed - January 1, 2009

Our offices will be closing at 3:00 PM on December 31st, New Years Eve. All travel must be completed by 9:00 PM with the exception of scheduled transportation.

Our offices will be closed on New Years Day, January 1. Drivers will be working on a limited schedule and all travel must be completed by 5:00 PM.

If you are planning on traveling any of the above days it is our suggestion you book your transportation now. Waiting until the final weeks or moments will result in no availability.

Please note that if you are traveling after our offices are closed the driver assigned to you will have your cell phone number for airport/seaport/hotel transports. It is imperative that you have your cell phone on and that you have provided the correct number to reach you.
