There are no exact times for pick ups or departures. Port Canaveral Shuttle will pick up or drop off at Orlando Airport Hotels at no additional Charge. You must be a registered guest onboard one of the departing ships the day of travel. You must have your boarding pass available for inspection. If you are not sailing on a cruise you may not use our Port Canaveral Shared Shuttles. The Port is a secured facility. exact time for pick up or arrival is implied or guaranteed, if
you need such than a shared shuttle is not for you. We have
private service available for those who want a more exact pick
up time. A $10.00 or 10% surcharge whichever is greater will be added to all reservations made within 5 days of travel. A $30.00 or 10% surcharge whichever is greater will be added to reservations made within 1 day of travel. Advanced Reservations Are Required With All Transportation Waiting until you are at the airport is not the time to make a reservation for our Port Canaveral Shuttle. You should book well in advance to assure a reservation. Shared Shuttle FAQ's Q. Does a shared shuttle get the same type of service as a private transfer? A. No, in a shared shuttle you ride with other people and in most cases wait for the next available shuttle. Q. Will I have to wait at the airport or port for a shared shuttle? A. Yes, you may have to wait for the next shuttle depending upon when you show up for your shuttle. There is no guarantee of exact departure times either from an airport, hotel or port.
Q. Will a shared shuttle just be waiting for us to arrive? A. No, not in most cases. Once the shuttle is full it will leave with or without you. Shared shuttles do not always wait for other passengers if the shuttle can be filled and sent on its way. If you miss your shuttle time you will have to repay for a new shuttle. Q. Will I get an exact time for a shared shuttle? A. No, shared shuttles have no exact time you will be given an approximate time, but there is no guarantee of an exact departure time expressed or implied to you at any time. Please see your confirmation for the shuttle time frame. Q. Will the shuttle make stops along the way or will it go direct to my location? A. The shuttle may make stops along the way to pickup or drop off other passengers. Q. I booked an early flight will you guarantee I make my flight on a shared shuttle? A. No, it is your responsibility to leave a reasonable amount of time to make your outgoing flight as well as reserve a transfer that is compatible with such flight. At no time do we guarantee on any transfer be it shared or private that you will make your flight. Q. Do I have to pay extra for baggage? A. Yes and No, we do not charge a baggage fee. We account for 2 bags per person already, however if you go over such limit you are subject to a $25.00 additional charge per bag.
