Schedule Service/Shared ShuttlesAll vehicles are equipped to carry two pieces of luggage per person and two carry on's per person. If you have more bags please call us in advance to let us know. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee. The maximum allowable weight of your luggage per piece is 50 lbs. You must be able to carry your own luggage - if it is too heavy for you it is too heavy for our drivers and they will not carry it. All carry on's must be able to fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you. For safety, bags are not permitted in the isle at any time. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to refuse any carry-on or checked luggage for security purposes.
Luggage Identification Tags
Luggage Identification Tags are required on each piece of checked luggage. Regulations require that each piece of baggage have an identification tag attached to it, which must include the owner's home address and telephone number.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), materials with a disagreeable odors are strictly prohibited to be checked in or brought on-board.
Oversize Items
A bicycle can be considered as one (1) piece of allowable luggage. Bicycles will be transported when disassembled and contained in wood, leather, canvas or other carrying case that does not exceed 8" x 32" x 60" and which is securely fastened. There is a $25 - $75 fee assessed for excess, oversize or overweight items as defined in the section above.
Skis are considered as one (1) piece of allowable luggage and must be bagged or boxed securely.
Private Shuttles

Scheduled Shuttles/Shared Shuttles Passenger check-in is available 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure in most cases. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle recommends passengers arrive at the departure station location at least 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. Passengers presenting themselves on-board without a reservation will not be permitted to travel. Advance Reservations are required! Passengers not at the designated collection point at the agreed time and who have not contacted us will be considered a no show. No refunds will be given.

Scheduled/Shared Shuttles The Florida Sunshine Shuttle wishes everyone a pleasant journey when they travel with us. However, it is necessary for all of our passengers to maintain an acceptable level of conduct when traveling. Your email confirmation is not required to board shuttle as you are listed on the driver manifest.
1. Valid Government Issued Identification is required to board all The Florida Sunshine Shuttle Motor coaches. 2. Reservations made on-line require a Major Credit Card. 3. Fares quoted are valid on Florida Sunshine Shuttle and are quoted in United States Dollars.4.Payment is due at the time of booking. 5. Fare quotes do include a 5% Fuel Surcharge unless otherwise noted. 6. Advance Reservations are required. 7. Tickets are good for the date of purchased travel only unless otherwise specified. 8. Schedules and Fares are subject to change without prior notice. 9. No discounted fares may be combined with other special offers or discounts unless otherwise noted. 10.Passengers agree to hold Florida Sunshine Shuttle harmless for any actions by others. 11.No Show Reservations are not eligible for a refund. 12.Departure date and time may not changed. 13.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle will not be responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control 14.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets. 15.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to refuse passage to any passenger that may cause disruption on-board. 16.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle does not allow passengers to consume alcoholic beverages while on-board. 17.Carriage of weapons, explosives, or any other type of harmful substance is strictly prohibited. 18. Oxygen Tanks are strictly prohibited on-board any
shared/scheduled vehicle. 19. Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of negligence. 20. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to substitute equipment based on operational needs. 21. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not responsible for any loss you may incur other than the amount of monies paid to us.
Reserving one trip and showing up for another trip you will be charged the difference (if any) in price for full phone fare plus an additional $30.00 processing fee.
Private/Charter Shuttles
1. Reservations made on-line require a Major Credit Card.
2. Fares quoted are valid on Florida Sunshine Shuttle and are quoted in United States Dollars.
3.Payment is due at the time of booking.
4. Fare quotes do include a fuel charge, airport/seaport fees and drivers gratuity unless otherwise noted.
5. Advance Reservations are required.
6. No discounted fares may be combined with other special offers or discounts unless otherwise noted.
7.No Show Reservations are not eligible for a refund.
8.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle will not be responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control
9.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to refuse passage to any passenger that may cause disruption on-board.
10.The Florida Sunshine Shuttle does not allow passengers to consume alcoholic beverages while on-board.
11.Carriage of weapons, explosives, or any other type of harmful substance is strictly prohibited.
12. Oxygen Tanks may only be transported on private shuttles.
13. Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of negligence.
14. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to substitute equipment based on operational needs.
15. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be a threat to safety.
16. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not responsible for late arriving flights or port delays. It remains your responsibility to notify the office of flight delays. If you wish for the driver to wait, Wait time for the first 30 minutes after scheduled departure time is complimentary. Each 30 minutes thereafter is charged at a rate of $75.00 incrementally.
17. A $50.00 meet & greet will be added to all reservations that do not have or provide a cell phone contact number. This charge is non refundable once billed for any reason.
18. We reserve the right to substitute your transportation whether that be private or shared based upon operational needs. No refund on discount will be given regardless of original reservation as transportation has been provided.
We are not responsible for any lost items or any items left on vehicles both private and shared. Passengers agree to hold Florida Sunshine Shuttle harmless for any action by others. When booking you agree to hold us harmless for actions by others and our sole liability is limited to a refund of monies paid to us. You are also bound by all conditions of carriage on contracted vehicles as you are on vehicles owned by The Florida Sunshine Shuttle.

All Florida Sunshine Shuttle private transfer trips have Driver Gratuity built in to the fare unless otherwise noted to you by your booking agent. If you find your driver extraordinary, you are welcome to give the driver an additional tip.

All passengers using Scheduled or Shared Shuttles are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license or passport) on-board. If you are traveling using one of our discounted fares, additional identification may be required to prove eligibility.

Infants under 2 years of age not occupying a seat on scheduled/shared shuttles may be held in the lap, free of charge with a fare paying passenger. One (1) infant per paying passenger. Children over the age of 2 years must pay for an individual seat at the regular fare..

Payments

At the Florida Sunshine Shuttle, we are concerned about your privacy, and take steps to safeguard the information you submit to us, whether over the Internet, by telephone, or by other means. We do not share information about you with any third party without your specific consent. If you have further questions concerning the policy or the safety of your personal information, please contact us.
Only the confirmed passenger may make changes to a reservation regardless of the amount of people traveling.
We do not ever release information as to who is or how many passengers are on a particular shuttle.
At no time will any employee
discuss a reservation with
anyone except the customer of
record, including with anyone
who claims to be a "family
member". The Florida Sunshine
Shuttle does not and will not
disclose or discuss any
reservation except with the
customer of record or if placed
with a travel agent their agent
of record. Customers whose
travel was reserved through or
paid for by a travel agent must
have their travel agent contact
to make any changes. Changes may
be made to a reservation by
telephone by calling from the
number that is on their
reservation or by email from the
email address on their
confirmation only. The Florida
Sunshine Shuttle will not verify
any customers reservation except
with
the party of record.

Scheduled/Shared Shuttles All travel on the Florida Sunshine Shuttle is non-refundable. If you miss your scheduled trip departure time, Florida Sunshine Shuttle assumes no liability and a refund will not be issued. However, we will make every attempt to contact you at the telephone number you provided during the reservation process to ensure that you are given every opportunity to reschedule if necessary.
Private Service If canceling your reservation within 3 days of first departure no refund will be issued. A cancelation fee may be applicable if canceling your reservation outside of 3 Days. Cancelation fee is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to date, amount of passengers, total amount of reservation and type of vehicle.

The Florida Sunshine Shuttle does not issue paper tickets. All passengers receive an e-mail confirmation at time of booking. All passengers will be required to show valid Photo Identification at time of boarding.
Return To Top Trip Cancellations Scheduled ServiceIf a scheduled service or shared shuttle trip needs to be canceled the Florida Sunshine Shuttle will make every reasonable attempt at alternate transportation for your party. On scheduled shuttles if trip cancelation were to occur you would be placed on the next available scheduled departure. Return To Top
Trip Delays The Florida Sunshine Shuttle makes every attempt to run on-time according to our schedules, however, traffic conditions and weather may alter our departure and arrival times. When this happens, we make every attempt to communicate with our passengers to keep them informed as to the cause of the delay and the estimated time of departure / arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding the unavoidable delays are beyond our control.
Pick ups to the Port may be delayed if passengers are delayed getting off the ships. Our vehicles will wait at the Ports so that other passengers delayed may make their outbound flights. If at any time the Ports disembarkation is delayed passengers going to airports will take priority over those passengers going to a hotel, residence or those going to the port. Please understand that the Florida Sunshine Shuttle will not provide full or partial refunds due to delays that are not within our control. Return To Top Unaccompanied Minors
Only passengers 16 years of age or older are permitted to travel without a parent or guardian (unaccompanied). Unaccompanied minors travel at the regular adult fare plus an unaccompanied minor service charge of $25 each way. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle requires all Unaccompanied Minors to check-in on-board with a parent or guardian who possess a valid driver's license to complete the required unaccompanied form documents. The parent or the guardian of the Unaccompanied Minor must be able to supply the name, address and telephone number of the person who is designated to receive the Unaccompanied Minor upon the arrival at the destination. The parent or guardian delivering the Unaccompanied Minor to the origination station location will be required to stay at the station until the shuttle has departed. A driver's license or legal identification will be required by the person who is designated to receive the Unaccompanied Minor. Carriage is at the discretion of the Florida Sunshine Shuttle.

Child Seats
Child seats are a request and are not guaranteed. We do not charge for child seats and as such have no affect on the cost of transfers. Use of the child seat is at your own risk and you release us from any and all liability for any injury whether directly or indirectly caused by us or any other agent assigned by us.
Force Majeure
The Company and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of The Company or the Service Provider, respectively.
Frequently Asked Questions The bus was late. Am I entitled to a refund? No. While The Florida Sunshine Shuttle makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay.
The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket? No. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not liable for the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line for their specific refund procedures.
The bus was late and I missed a connecting flight. Am I entitled to a refund of the cost of my plane ticket? No. The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
I just learned of a lower fare available, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund? Fares are subject to change at any time without notification. Once you are ticketed, you cannot "downgrade" to a lower fare. If you paid a lower fare and the rate was increased, you would not be asked to pay the difference.
I may qualify for Promotion Code discount, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund? Once you receive a confirmation, The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is not able to change your fare or add promotion codes. Please be sure to enter the promotion code at the time of booking.
I haven't used my ticket. Can I get a refund? All travel on The Florida Sunshine Shuttle is non-refundable. If a credit was issued to you, this will be valid for 6 months from the first date of travel as listed on your confirmation. Why does The Florida Sunshine Shuttle have a No Refund Policy?The Credit Card Companies charge a very large fee for processing refunds. In order for us to keep our fares low, it is necessary for us to have a No Refund Policy.
What if I need to cancel my reservation? All Travel on The Florida Sunshine Shuttle's scheduled service is non-refundable. Travel on our private shuttle service may be subject to a cancellation fee For info on our Terms, please Click Here.
Why is having my cell phone on and with me so important? The cell phone number you provided when you placed your reservation is how your driver will be in touch with you. If you don't have that cell number with you or you don't have your phone on the driver will not be able to find you. If after 30 minutes of no contact with you your party is considered a NO SHOW and the driver will leave. No refund will be given and an additional charge to come and transport you may be charged.
Is a meet and greet service available? Yes, we do offer a meet and greet service at select airports. Contact customer service regarding any additional charges that may apply. My Shuttle was late do I get a refund? No, As is often the case weather or traffic delayed your vehicle and as much as we would like to control both for you we cannot.
I've arrived early can you pick up now? We will make a every attempt to get you early. However we can not
guarantee an early pickup from your reserved pickup time.
I am off the ship early or arrived early and don't want to wait till my pickup time. I've taken other transportation, do I get a refund? No, you made a decision to take another carrier even though you were scheduled with us. You have chosen to take alternate transport by no fault of our own. You scheduled a vehicle and driver taking such out of service for another therefore you must pay for that time slot whether you choose to utilize it or not.
I scheduled a 9:30AM pickup and it's now 9:35AM, do I get a refund or discount? No, times scheduled for pickups are approximate and are not a guaranteed pickup time. There may be many reasons why the driver is not there exactly at 9:30AM for your pickup that is beyond our control. Though in most cases we do strive to be at least 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled pick up time there are times when this is not possible.
The driver arrived early and we are not ready do we get charged a wait fee? No, wait time charges do not start until your scheduled pickup time not what time the driver arrives.
I am inside the airport waiting for my driver and he has not arrived, do I get a refund? No, you are supposed to be outside the airport baggage claim with your cell phone with you and on for the driver to contact you. Cell phones within the airports do not always get a signal and chances are your driver has left you due to no contact. Our drivers will NOT come into the airport to "find" you. We have meet and greet services available for an additional charge if that service appeals to you.
I brought a different cell phone (different number) than I placed my reservation with. I haven't heard from the driver, do I get a refund or discount? No, the number you gave at time of booking is the number the driver will have when coming to pick your party up at the location. If you have not informed this office of the cell number change PRIOR to your arrival we have no way of getting in touch with you. Therefore after 30 minutes of no contact you will be considered a no show and an additional fee may apply to transport you. Why are all the shuttles late going into or out of the ports? Do I get a discount or refund? The reason in most cases all shuttles are late is because passengers are not making it through US Customs on time. No you do not get a refund
or discount due to delays that are beyond our control. Is it true U.S. Customs will shut down the Port and make all travel into or out of the Port late? Yes, If something is amiss with one of the ships or any passenger refuses to comply with authorities or refuses to declare items U.S. Customs does reserve the right to shut down the Port. This has happened in the past. My ship tells me I will be off the ship by 7:00AM, I want to change my pick up time? First and foremost it is our experience that you will NOT be off the ship at 7:00 AM and you should schedule your pickup time for later. If however you do not wish to follow our advice and you insist on having a driver waiting for you at 7:00AM we will charge you $75.00 per half hour billed in half hour increments for a wait time.
How are fees and additional charges billed? All fees and additional charges are billed to the credit card you provided when placing your reservation. At no time will cash be given to a driver for any additional charges or fees.
Our group was refused transport due to being intoxicated and/or unruly, we want a refund? NO, any person or persons acting in an inappropriate manner may be refused service at any time with no refund given.
What happens if you charge my card for service and/or additional fees and I do a chargeback? If service was provided and you do a chargeback chances are your bank will NOT initiate a chargeback. If however you succeed in such and service was provided a criminal complaint for theft of service will be filed against you with the county sheriff.
