Fares are each way and include 10% Driver Gratuity. There are no other charges other than what you see above! A 6% fuel surcharge will be added if fuel prices go above $3.50.

A 10% surcharge will be added to all reservations made within 10 days of travel. A 30% surcharge will be added to reservations made within 2 days of travel.

Buses, Minibuses and charters are quoted in current pricing and are valid for 14 days. If your transfers occur prior to a 90-day period a deposit amount of 30% or greater is required to reserve any vehicle depending upon the specifications. If you cancel outside of 90 days before under the contract terms within full payment, then a 10% or $150.00 whichever is greater cancellation fee will apply on any deposit.

Q. What Is the policy if I need to cancel my reservation?
A. Charters are subject to a cancellation fee policy as follows: Cancellation of trip up to 90 days from departure 30% fee applies. Cancellation of trip 89-60 days from departure is charged a cancellation fee of 50% of total charter, Cancellation of trip 59 days or less days from departure is charged a cancellation fee of 100% of total charter,

Q. Do you offer discounts for round-trip or multiple bookings?
A. Yes! There may be occasions where a Multiple-Segment of three trips or more may be discounted and large groups can qualify for special pricing. We encourage you to submit your itinerary for determination.

Q. I have a group of 25 or more going to the port, will a mini bus have a enough room?
A. Yes and No as it depends on the amount of luggage your group will be bringing. We have minibuses that hold up to 33 passengers depending upon location. We suggest doing a motor coach in particular when cruising to account for the extra luggage people end up bringing.

Q. How will we communicate our location to our Driver at Pick Up Time?
A. Our drivers will call the cell phone number you provide us approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. In addition, you will be provided with our Dispatch number.

Q. Do you offer Meet & Greet Services?
A. YES! If your group requires a Meet & Greet Representative, we will gladly supply you with a Staff Member for an additional fee. The fee ranges from $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the size of your group. Meet and greet is not available at all ports due to regulations.

Q. Do you have any A.D.A. Compliant Vehicles in it’s fleet?
A. Yes, on a very limited availability. Call for more information.

Q. Do you own all of the vehicles in your fleet?
A. Not all, no. Some of our fleet is sub-leased through a partner transportation company. All terms and conditions set forth by CP Transfers is the same regardless of which equipment you are on.
